Ostrovskyi Studio is an independent digital design and development studio based in the United States, serving clients worldwide. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your full name, email address, project type, estimated budget, and project description. You may also provide your company or brand, preferred timeline, and phone number; these fields are optional. Email remains our primary communication channel. Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, or payment details.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, discuss your goals and project requirements, and administer related communications and project arrangements. Submitting the form does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails.
Hosting and form processing
Netlify provides our website hosting and processes inquiry form submissions on our behalf. Submissions are stored in the studio’s Netlify account. If email notifications are enabled, copies of submissions are also delivered to and stored in the configured notification inbox.
Hosting and form-processing services may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and spam-filtering signals, to deliver and operate those services. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising pixels or analytics services on this website, and we do not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Hosting and form-processing services may process technical request information as described above.
Access and sharing
We access inquiry information through the studio’s form-management account and any configured notification inbox to handle your request. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide these services. We do not sell inquiry information.
How long we keep information
For inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing client relationship, we retain information for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, then delete it unless legal or legitimate recordkeeping obligations require longer retention.
For active client relationships, we retain relevant records as necessary for project administration, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements.
Your privacy requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. Use our contact form, select “Other” as the project type, and identify your message as a privacy request. You can select “Not sure yet” for the required budget field. Include only the information needed to locate your inquiry, such as the email address you used and the approximate submission date.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your request. We will consider requests in light of applicable legal obligations and any records we need to retain for legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

Portfolio links open separate websites with their own content, services, and privacy practices. This policy applies to the Ostrovskyi Studio website.
